Phyllis Nabhan opened Gaslight & Shadows Antiques on Clement St. in San Francisco, California in 1976. This friendly popular store now offers Photography Restoration. Phyllis has been a Photographer since the 1960’s. She has a BA degree from San Francisco State University in Fine Arts and Photography. Phyllis went back to City College of San Francisco 7 years ago to study computer technology, digital photography, Photoshop, graphic arts, design, web design, and several other classes that would enhance her business and life.

Having worked in restoration of many types in her antique store, and her love of photography, Phyllis decided to add Photo Restoration to her many services offered at Gaslight & Shadows Antiques. You will find that she pays attention to detail in restoring your treasured photos. She has a passion for restoring the beauty of antiques and now photo images.

I owe all of my photography skills to my education at City College of San Francisco. I graduated with an AA degree in Photography, and went on the SF State University to receive a Bachelors of Arts degree in Fine Arts. I went back to City College of San Francisco 6 years ago to learn the digital side of photography, web development, computer and  business skills, and digital graphic art. Without my education at CCSF, I would not be able to continue in the business world of today. Some of the images on this website are from class assignments.
